just a stay loose hilly elliptical machine run preparing for the 10k. Want to be rested AND loose for the race tomorrow to see how fast I can do it. Goal is unter 54 minutes.

    Thanks folks! I know the distance is kind of a normal distance for me, but I want that time in a race. The sub-50 is kind of becoming an "over-the-course-season" kind of goal.
