for a slow start, into a tough wind, THAT was the best time for 4+ miles I ever did and it felt great! Those intervals and endurance leg workouts are really paying off! The switch from heavy weights and 8 reps with pauses in between to lighter weights more reps and supersets of 2-3 stations has been a great transition!

    Yeah! I was stunned! I was feeling great and hitting 8.2 mph which isn't exactly flash or anything but for me that is flying lol.
