well, my first time at this effort level went well...but man it was sticky out...my brother made this comment last week after coming to visit MI from WY - "I had to chew the air before I could breathe it"...lol...has to be low calorie : ) ~ 68 degrees, 85% humidity, wind CALM ~ kind of went over the 20 minute mark, but wanted to make sure it was 2 miles ; )
