had a good "rehab" run...my last one for this time as Wednesday I start 4 minutes to 1 minute...foot is feeling okay, leg muscles are "sore", and TIGHT even after tons of stretching all day before the run ~ 82 degrees, 31% humidity, wind WSW 9 MPH ~ Wednesdays run will be down home in Southern Indiana : )
