I really like the idea of doing this first thing in the morning...got up, read a devotion, plugged in the praise and worship music on the IPOD and took off...lol ~ 67 degrees, 81% humidity, wind SSW 3 MPH ~ a great start to a great day...Tuesday I get to go to the next step in the program which is 2 minute run/1 minute walk for the 20 minutes! : )

    Awesome run Scott. I'm with you on getting the day started with some good praise & worship music. I almost always start my runs with my newest episode of the Daily Audio Bible podcast. I hope your rehab program goes well for you, take care.
