  5. RUN
    alright 6 mi 00:47 07:49 pace

  8. RUN
    blah 6 mi 00:47 07:51 pace

  10. RUN
    alright 6 mi 00:45 07:33 pace

Hard run for me, really had to give it a lot of effort (and sweat). But, stuck with it and did not give up. Will try for an easier run tonight.

  16. RUN

Easy run, at a little faster pace, up to sub 7 (6:30's last mile). Felt super easy and could have gone much longer.

  18. RUN
    alright 6.2 mi 00:50 07:59 pace

Nice general run. Was able to hit 6.2 miles with my feet (without stopping). This is the most I have been able to do for 2+ weeks. Thus, I conclude that my feet are almost healed. Good news.

  19. RUN
    6 mi 00:45 07:31 pace

General run, at a little faster initial speed than normal (for 5 miles). Then one mile @6:43 or better. Burning sensation in my foot is still there, but getting better compared to last week. Hop... read more

Good solid run of 5 miles with my feet holding up until the bitter end (still burning pain, but getting much better). Thereafter, minute rest, and one mile @6:46.
