alright Oregon Dunes Triathlon - Run 6.2 mi 00:50 08:03 pace

Get Better:
Oh ugh! Hope the Doc can fix it quick...

I have the same thing all the time. Luckily I have gotten used to it. I don't have a lot of pain though. I did when I first noticed it. I wish you a good result from the Dr. I have been to several and they can't figure it out. My right leg, because of my hip, is shorter than the left. Throws everything off for running. They can even me out in one visit but it shifts again after a run. its very frustrating. Good luck

Get Better:
All the best to you, Scott L. I am sure the chiropractor will fix you up rite again though it may take a few sessions, but you'll be back good as new in no time -

Thanks guys... The Doc was able to rule out the severe injuries (disc problems etc) but wasn't able to determine the actual problem. He said it is likely a strained muscle. He did an adjustment. I feel a ton better mobility wise, but not nearly well enough to workout. Hopefully soon!
