I think they might also have a 13.1 marathon for people who want to run a marathon, but shorter.

Not sure? A lot of people were walking around in hazmat space suit like gear and no one was in the pool and they hosed me off good when I got out? So .... Nothing really out of the normal for a Monday swim at the y.

Kinda overslept today but figured I could get a short run in before work. Even a short run seems to help get the blood pumping. Always seems to help the day go better.

@Karlee @Jen Church potluck trumps drunk zumba in my book. Drunk Church Potluck is a whole different level. @Shane - some low 7s at 5:30 a.m. in the ice is about all I got. Nice I could keep up with the others easy pace.

@patrick - 10 laps is a mile. It's a nice track for a February run. I can open it up anytime just say the word. @jen - I was thinking the same thing but they were different shoes. So must of just been sand in my head.

@Shane - I felt bad about that - I didn't have a chance to pack the usual cooler because of the break in and actually felt lucky to even get to the race in time. Ended up going with Loyd Braun and had a few drinks after.

It depends on how expensive you want. Runners world has reviewed various price range models. I really liked the first one I had. It lasted 10+ years. My current one is decent but I've already cracked the motor cover area. I'm not sure about it. I've only had it 2 yrs.
