    Great trail run. It's nice to get the old guy moving, and to get off the pavement. Legs are sore because of the soft dirt.

    Just a mellow run with Kelsi. She is training for 26.2 Miami. Felt good, I know I could really run a solid 9 or sub 9 for 13miles, this was a good base run.
