    First run for a long time and it was hard. I've become a fat desk bound lump of lard. Today is the first day back. Goal is to train 5 days a week and lose these kilos.

    Lashing down with rain, mud over my ankles, along a park path and canal towpath, running with over 100 Santas and 1 Santan. Brilliant. Got soaked and absolutely covered in mud, but loved it.
