      I had 8 weeks off starting in November. Ease back into it is the best advice I have for you. Run the 9:40ish pace and don't worry about it. Your legs will come back around in another month or so. You'll be fine by November

      Thanks Christian. I've moved to Florida from Michigan so the difference of humidity and temperature is playing a factor too.

    Conditions were rough with snow and cold 23 degrees. And I was fighting a flu type issue with chills and no energy , but I started it and Dang it, I Finished it !!
