Went to Road Runner Sports today to get new insoles and new shoes. They said the only color they had left of the Glycerin 9 was this one. Matches perfectly.

Hopefully it's just shin splints. Try freezing a dixie cup full of ice and massage the area that hurts until the entire ice cube in the cup melts. Also, when you are sitting down, spend time curling your toes. You'll feel the pain, but it helps stretch the muscles/tendons out a little. Another person told me to tap my toes as fast as I could for a minute while sitting down with your heels planted. That's helped as well.

Enjoy the much deserved break...200 miles so far is great and you are well on your way to a great half marathon at Cap City. I bet you can do it in 1:50 or better if you keep those legs healthy.
