    fun running with a group again but it sucked that I couldn't keep up to the way I used to pre injury.

    so glad to be able to run a strong half marathon, maybe I'm finally starting to recover.

  14. Septembers biggest goal was yoga every day for a month. Mission accomplished, of course now I can't stop.
