Been taking it easy this week, not much running except helping with the younger kids at XC practice. After the soreness in the quads receded from Sat's trail race, I realized I flared up the ol ITB, thankfully, it's no longer yelling at me, but whispering enough that I'm still pampering, rolling, and cutting back the milage. 5k season is coming up, don't want to lose too much speed, set it on 2.0 incline and concentrated hard on my form. So far so good.
