5k with little man. Soo humid, tough run. We had been playing with the scales earlier and decided to weigh after our run to see what type of water loss we had with the humidity. His little tiny self lost almost 4 pounds while I had 3 (I'm sure my hair was holding another 2, lol). Is it winter yet?

    Wow! That is a lot of sweating. A man who was a little obsessed with health once told me that sweating is a good way to purge the toxins. I hope that is true.
