Tried to get out early, but it was already on it's way to being unbearable hot and humid. Kept a comfortable pace, but legs felt heavy...nope...not liking this humidity at all...but on a side note...Those Bondi bands are awesome, I no longer have to constantly wipe my face to keep the sweat out of my contacts! Woohoo!
