    Run/Walk...tried to keep at 5-5.4 mph for my runs and close to 4 mph for the walks. Overall I felt really good...no pains, no breathing issues..always good in my book!

      You know, Sasha, I have always found that running earlier than I want to on the tail end of a cold makes it go away faster. Clears some of that cr@p outta your lungs.

      I guess those are Doctors orders....what choice do I have but to follow them! I won't see you before you guys leave for Haiti but have a wonderful and safe trip....and I'll see you all when you get back! I would love to go on one of these trips over there....it is such an amazing thing you guys are doing!
