Run/Walk...tried to keep at 5-5.4 mph for my runs and close to 4 mph for the walks. Overall I felt really good...no pains, no breathing issues..always good in my book!

I guess those are Doctors orders....what choice do I have but to follow them! I won't see you before you guys leave for Haiti but have a wonderful and safe trip....and I'll see you all when you get back!
