    Run/walk. Back felt a little tight. Coming off 6 night shifts, so I'm sure it'll improve.

    Felt great today! Shin splints toward the end-hate these shoes!! Gonna have to shell out $$ for new ones since half mary training is starting. Ugh. Anyone want some size 9 Saucony Hurricanes?

      Have you tried heel/penguin walking to help solve your shin splint problem? Lots of athletic trainers recommend it to help alleviate this problem.

    great Warm up 1 mile + 45 min weights 1 mi

    1 mile warm up at moderate pace. 45 minutes of toning-"Stinger" work out.

    Felt pretty good! The first mile was a little faster, started feeling heavy during the 2nd.

    Took the hybrid out. We have had some beautiful January weather. Today it was 58 with little to no wind. Everyone was out at the lake. Loved it!
