    Hot! And part of this route is on really unlevel ground, so had to walk so I didn't bust it! Pretty good run overall, still sore.

    Was going to run but as I ran my quads were so painful it felt like they were on the verge of tearing. Soo I walked a mile. Try again tomorrow.

    Ran/walked with a first timer. Enjoyed every second! It started sprinkling about half way through and that made it just perfect weather. Now for ice & a nap.

      Thanks guys! We did have fun. The Memorial is such an awesome run, hard to believe it's put together completely by volunteers. Love our state!

      Charlie-this was just on the other side of a big hill. ha! Although-for the most part it's pretty flat around here. Patti-it can be scary, but you get used to it & know how to prepare & react. Thanks for the comments! :)

    Did a 45 min work out from my Nike app again. This time I did "The Competitor" work out. Worn.out.

    25 min on elliptical + 15 on the bike. Burned 400 cal. Back is tiiiight. Gonna lay on a heating pad and do some stretching. :-/
