21.1km in 1hr54m in aerobic HR zone 2. Felt pretty easy, and was out wearing my new skins full leggings and short sleeve top - as we as a light windbreaker. Still pretty cold out there today, but more sheltered than last weekend's run in Richmond Park, so not as windy and exposed. Felt good. Let's see how the skins affect how I feel tomorrow and the rest of today. Have to say I'm feeling pretty good right now - kept them on for 20 mins or so when I got home.

I don't know how, but Skins long tights work some kind of miracle. Half-marathon training run yday - legs feel so fresh today!

Thanks Marty, Nic. London Marathon is the goal at the moment, in mid-April 2011. But I need to set some shorter distance race goals too. Am also tempted by the 50km London Ultra in mid-Feb as a nice training run.
