great Wet sand 10km 10.03 km 01:01 09:48 pace

Rocky and sandy coastal run in the pouring rain again. Little wind, so pretty much falling straight down and I enjoyed that. About 8km of the run was on a combination of hard packed and soft sand, all of it wet. The other 2km was picking my way through a rocky path. Splits: 7.45, 5.15, 5.40, 5.34, 5.44, 5.49, 5.52, 5.46, 7.07, 6.25
