Whizz around workout

I wanted to make sure I got home to take Liv out, so skipped a few sets. But, focused on full sets for the big muscle groups. Of course, when I got home, Liv had dozed off for a nap. Darn.


Isn't that always the way? A good work out done though - well done :)
