great Mental discipline 18.02 km 02:04 11:06 pace

After a couple of rough nights of sleep with Liv, I wasn't so sure I wanted to do this run this morning but I'm so glad I did. Long run pace, ave heart rate of 138, so maintained Zone 2. Warm and sunny, and I kept hydrated. Good one to get in the bag. No more long runs until half marathon in 14 days.
