    slow run with Sean. Weather was perfect . My legs felt like shit . Put new insoles in my shoes so I'm guessing that was the problem .

    Met Sean before he headed off to work . The first half was REALLY hard . Not surprising after my 13 miles yesterday . After about 1.5 miles it was like my whole body woke up and I felt great!
