    Jen and I decided to run despite they warnings of storms. The radar was clearly and it was sunny. Tr Laat less than 2.5 miles and the rest was pouring rain.

    Ran on the dread ill to avoid the ran. Not my fastest run but I mountain biked almost as many miles this week as I ran.

    After an awful run yesterday, I plowed through some great miles on the rail trail. The sand was really soft but once my legs warmed up, I was able to really speed up.

    Ugh was planning for more, but my legs were dead. Ended the run by walking. I am thinking I did too much mountain biking this weekend in addition to 20 miles of running last week.
