    1.5 easy, 2 uptempo finishing on the track. Still feeling off. Stupid Nike watch wouldn't find the satellite, so I am not sure of pace.

      Yes Christmas break is near so you can eat, drink,& be merry. Oh, I forgot to mention run. Well just make it a New Years resolution. I hope this was a food motivation speech for you. Haha
