      Oooh, tough call because I've never run in anything below the mid-twenties. I always go by the dress as if it was 15-20 degrees warmer and start feeling chilly. Good luck on the New Year run!

      Nice 4! I find it harder to run as fast on the treadmill as outside too. Not sure why. Hope the ice melts a bit so you can get outside again soon.

      Its possible the machine is not tracking correctly--hope you can try another one next time. Personally, I have the opposite experience than you---my TM runs are faster.

      I used to hate the treadmill. I go to a gym now partially to motivate some friends of mine (we all go together) so I use the treadmill 2 times a week and I've rather become fond of it. Keep playing around with it. It's good for fartleks. Nice job getting in 4!

    Went from virtually no snow on the ground yesterday to well over a foot right now. It's still coming down and supposed to pick up tonight. At least we'll have a white Christmas!
