    Omfriggin god. I feel great! Thought I would struggle/cheat but I didn't. Forgot to check the time before I left so timing is a guesstimate. Felt like I could have gone further. Yey! So pleased.

    Hard and struggled with my breathing... got easier once I got that in rhythm. So rewarding at the end! Now got to keep it up and get better.
