    Fighting apathy toward running and tired legs. Just kept reminding myself anything was better than nothing.

    After being out two weeks I felt pretty good an it was sooo good to be back!! Triceps, cardio, and core today.

    first run in a while and my body let me know. Pushed hard the first half and just kept my feet moving the second half. 5K in two weeks an just needed to remind my body what running feels like ;)
