Yes I almost put up gardening as cross training! I spent all weekend outside gardening and my glutes and lower back are so sore! This week's rain is great for the plants I've uncovered from the leaves from last fall, but I still have more to do! It's like Christmas at this new house finding the perennials that are coming up and figuring out what they are.

I am super excited to explore, but it has been difficult with the unpacking and getting used to the kids' schedule now that we're all under the same roof. Teamwork is the key. I have so many new routes that I want to try that I want to run every day. I know I need to ease myself back in though since my consistency has been so bad since Detroit.
