This class was at Living Healthy & Fit in Hamburg. The studio is owned by my friend Carl, but this class was taught by my friend Carrie. Carrie teaches at A2 Yoga and is currently studying for her 500 RYT under Noah Maze in California. Carl also used singing bowls in this class and it was a great addition. The poses are held long and the singing bowls helped to return my mind to my breath. This class will be held again at the end of October - perfect for post-marathon!!

Sounds awesome! Darn, I wish I didn't live so far from Hamburg. I should have assumed it was out your way! That is so wonderful your friend is training out in California. I can only imagine how great her classes will be when she comes back!

The boys came over and saw my chair for the first time last night - the 5 yr old commented on my "new fancy chair!" Haha - success! I told him the chair was older than his dad and he couldn't believe it!
