      The really interesting part is that I was talking about this with my yoga instructor, who is big on spirit animal appearances and their meanings. We looked up the meaning of seeing the snakes, and snakes represent healing! He asked me what I was thinking of as I saw them, and I obsess over my foot all the time and that day was no different.

      Sorry your foot is still giving you issues! I hate that so many running friends are having weird flare ups so close to race day, including myself!       Thanks guys. I think I'm getting it worked out. Concentrating on getting my calf loose and gently rolling/massaging my feet. Various things are sore on that lower leg now, but I think it's a good sore where the muscles are starting to work normally again.

      Ouch! Rest up and feel better. I had top of foot pain during the Ann Arbor marathon last spring (where I saw you!) and it was terrible! First and only time I've had that issues - very weird! I hope you feel better very soon! I'll be thinking of you!
