Thanks guys! I may not use facebook again, I have had so much freedom and spare time since I have deleted it. I'll be back in Tulsa to do the Tulsa Run in a couple weeks!

Triathlon part 3 21.48 mi 01:29 14.4mph pace
This probably was the most challenging part of the triathlon because of all the hills. Overall, I really enjoyed doing the triathlon and plan on doing more in the future!!

great Boomer Lake and back 6.78 mi 01:18 11:26 pace
Had negative splits and shaved about 6 minutes off the last time I ran this route. Jolly good! Was nice and cool when I started and heated up towards the end. I ran the whole time, which was nice!

Trying out the trail running again in prep for the triathlon in only 20 days. Was nice to set my day out right!

Started cross training for my triathlon. It was a lot of fun to bike outside rather than the gym. I found a trail through the woods that I will definitely go back to run later.
