    It's still hot. And this is my first time doing some miles in a week and a half...Wednesday is 7 miles. I skipped my 6 miler totally...It won't be fun...

    Not a good run/walk....Headache, anxiety, electronic problems, clothing issues....yeah I was just cranky the whole time...but at least I still got out of bed to do it....
