    It was HOT. My arches hurt like hell and the middle toe on my right foot stings still from the Fargo 1/2. But, I still ran today and that's something even though I ran SLOW.

    First long-ish run since the fall. Pretty hard, but I did it knowing that the next long runs will be better.
