      The most I can eat/drink prior to a run is a very small cup of coffee and a granola bar or a banana. Thankfully, I always run in the morning otherwise I would totally cramp up.

      I do! Well, kind of. I'm with a program called the Monster Milers that pairs runners up with homeless dogs from paws. It's a really awesome program!
