The most I can eat/drink prior to a run is a very small cup of coffee and a granola bar or a banana. Thankfully, I always run in the morning otherwise I would totally cramp up.

  4. RUN
good Indoor track 3 mi 00:33 11:08 pace

I felt a lot better than I did during the same run on Monday, so that's good! I thin I controlled my breathing a lot better because I didnt get any cramps/side stitches during the run.

  9. RUN

  10. RUN
alright kelly drive 3.5 mi 00:36 10:13 pace

I intended on doing 5 miles but it was just one of those days where running didn't seem to be working out for me. But 3.5 is better than 0, right?!

3.5 is way better than 0. Sometimes just doing something is better than doing nothing. Way to get out there.
