    I was in a conference all day so this was a great day to have my free day as I couldn't really control both the lunch or dinner and definitely could not fit in a workout.

    First workout I had to miss! Well, technically not a miss, I did push-ups and some band exercises at home. Conference this weekend really messed up my workout schedule.

    That song "Moves like Jagger" from Maroon 5 seriously has me moving on the stair machine. Love it!

    To break my plateau, I changed up every single exercise! And I discovered the Zottman bicep curl...my forearms are on fire!

    Did a lovely 5km walk with my huge extended family in support of Parkinson's disease. Weather was great! Oh yeah, it was my free day too.

    Good workout. Getting a wee bit frustrated as I never experienced "Miracle Week 8" and am now on Week 10 and have kind of hit a plateau.

    Little tip I learned today...point your toes inward when doing calf raises. This will hit the outer head of your calf which is usually the weak one.

    So-so workout as I actually ran right out of time. Had to cut out chest but managed to fit in back, shoulders, triceps and biceps.
