    A bright, chilly run after getting the kids to school. Then did some weight training with kettle bells while catching up on House of Cards.

    Yeah, so much for a tempo run... I just couldn't get into a rhythm today, couple that with no energy & that equates to a crappy tempo run. Oh well, at least I wasn't blown away today!

    Seriously, this wind?!!! Went with the hubby to the YMCA & suffered though on the mill. It was impossibly hot & tiring, but I made it through. (1/4 mile easy / 1/4 mile speed)
