    Hiking with friends. I was carrying E in the backpack and pushing the double stroller with the boys in it.

    90+ degrees, but I got it done. 5 hills. Walked for about a minute on two of the downhills and 1ish minute towards the end of the run. My legs felt good and I felt good, it was just so dang hot!

    Thank goodness for Moms. Mine came over so I could run this morning. Felt good, only needed a short 1 minute-ish walk break. Went through the playground and did the monkey bars, 2/3 across.

    Took forever to warm up. I wasn't really tired or sore, but felt like walking. Ran the whole third mile, though, in 11:56. Getting a teensy bit faster.
