Sitting at work is evil. Every time I stand up it takes me about 20 or 30 steps before I even start to walk normal.

lots to be happy with in this excellent lunch workout. Dang the luck that you had to sit in a mtg. At least when alone, you can fidget and shift your legs and muscles around and keep things limber.

Of course no worries on not racing. You have a lot on your plate which can take a toll on you. Keep up the amazing work(outs). Just think where you will be in a few months if you keep up this awesomeness!

Glad your legs and back are all feeling good after your moving workout! Sounds like a wise decision not to race with all you have had going on. Save it for another day when you can fully put all that great training to use :)

Ahh, now I see the details and it's along the lines of what I've expected - good luck on everything - especially the living with the parents for a month. Nearly cost us our marriage when we did that - but that was with the stress of a fussy newborn and a bad winter too.
