    Treadmill run tonight to see if there is a difference. Not as much shin pain but calves still ache and now my hips? Dr. on Wednesday.

      Icing, compression sleeves, running on 'flat' surfaces... I ran with Emma on her GOTR 5k race Saturday and my legs were KILLING me. That isn't 'normal' runner wear.
      Taking a few days to get this figured out...I'm hurting at a 1/4 mile and every moment after until I'm done...I'm headed to Gazelle today to exchange my shoes and get some advice!
