      Nice 10K!!! Which beach did you go to? I grew up near Bethany beach and spent alot of time in Ocean City and Rehoboth.

      I just posted my run and also saw your 17 miler WOW!!! You are in your full on marathon mode...awesome work. I believe i am about to sign up for a half here in Cape and start looking for a full to do afterwards. Congrats on your miles.

    On days like today, when my mind really started to wander at the end of my run and when I laughed uncontrollably at three ducks using a crosswalk, I really feel like I'm in full-on marathon mode.

      Thanks!! And yeah, I don't know...the weather report just stated that poor air quality was moving through the area because of the ozone...the warning is gone now, though :)
