    It was warm today! Of course, that will end tomorrow! Took it easy today since I was pretty tired yesterday.

    The weather was perfect today--temps in the upper 50s, little wind, sunny skies--so I went for a nice and easy long run. And just two weeks ago I had finished my marathon :)
