    Finally can exercise again! Spent a solid week off with strep throat, so I biked today to ease back into my exercise regimen.

    The ice/slush/snow is slowly melting, so I was able to get in a slightly longer run today.

    Everything is frozen here, so I couldn't run very far today. When this ice melts, though, I am yelling "suck it" at this weather.

    Managed to run in the slushy mess that accumulated here. Let it be known that I vehemently hate the snow, and I cannot wait for the mild temps to return!

      There was no snow down here, but it was essentially 35 degrees all day long. I remember running in the snow and slush in Missouri and hating it, and dreaming of it to be a SUNNY and DRY 35 degrees...but still, power-walking through those evening temperatures sucked balls. I hope your milder temps come SOON!!!

    Took it easy on this long run and felt pretty great. Had to wear gloves for the first time in months, but the warm weather will be back soon!!!!
