    It was deceptively hot today...I started out thinking, yeah, it's not too bad, and then by mile 2 I was somewhat miserable.

    Ran 3 yesterday and 3 today, although it was ridiculously humid today because of the storms we had last night. Yuck!

    Ran 3 miles and then biked 11.3 after on the W&OD trail...it was hot today, but my legs are pretty dead, and I love that feeling!

    Ran in our new place in Virginia...we're just half a mile from a major trail (W&OD Trail), so I ran on that for a little while. Still sore from moving all weekend, but this was a good run!

    Had to split this run in two today because of the intense heat, so I did 3.7 in the morning and 6.5 at night. I still got my long run in, though, so this heat can, in my expert opinion, suck it.
