    Got to wear capris in this calm-before-the-storm-weather. Temps were in the upper 40s, which was wonderful. Now, if only the drivers around here would just go away... then my runs would be perfect!

    Woke up to four inches of snow, so I ran around our apartment complex and then came back inside to finish with about 30 mins of yoga :)

      Boy, we just missed you all. Drove on 495 by Rockville exit on Saturday. I told Tammy thats where one of my dailymile friends and her hubby live. Catch upto you on another trip. Hope you had a great Christmas and New year

    Ran outside so Henry and I could get back to running--temps were in the teens and the wind made it worse! I think we were both glad just to get back inside.
