    Ran the Swamp Stomp Half Marathon in 2:10:00 and ran 7 miles on my own to get to my 20 miles for the day. Felt surprisingly decent, was pretty smart about fueling which helped.

    10k is in quotes because the course was short, my Garmin said 6 miles at the finish line, but still a good run and I have a half marathon + 4 miles on my own tomorrow, so no need to overdo it!
