    Bringing the HR monitor back on Sat. I cant handle not knowing what I am burning!!

      I'm not wearing my HR band as I want to train for enjoyment and not worry about burning anymore...I do like the relaxed feeling this brings me. The next is to run without Garmin to check my pace while running, these things are controlling me ;)

    Took the day off to surprise my best friend at her Zumba class!! Got a workout out of the deal so that is icing on the cake!!!

    Since I was in the hospital Thursday night I decided to take it easy on. I did not wear my HR watch bc I know how I am with numbers & if I wore it I would push myself to much.

      Lol, u sure are about numbers! I never wear my hr belt anymore or worry about calories burned...am in a very relaxed zone as know my eating with is 80% and training 10% is all good....
