Is it time for me to say I am injured?!? Not sure, but I certainly need to get some physio. Pain is no longer tolerable and I do not have full range of motion when running. UGH! I do not want this...

    You still have a really good pace. Usually an injury slows the pace down. I have you ever considered Yoga - the stretching, flexibility, and balance can really help with running & running related aches & pains.. I hope you feel better soon, Sarah.

    oh that's bad news. Hard to accept sometimes but my physio is really good if you take that step!
