    alright 3.8K morning loop 3.38 km 00:19 09:09 pace

It was hot! My body is not accustomed to running in the evening heat, but felt good about what I accomplished. Although I took the shorter route, I finished with lunges and squats.

    great 23 km

a beautiful leisure ride on the public holiday.

  3. I'm back!! After nearly a year and an 8 month injury I am ready to start logging my runs. Certainly not running at the same pace before injury, but feeling more confident and comfortable.

Welcome back! What was the injury? 8 months is a long recovery time.

You still have a really good pace. Usually an injury slows the pace down. I have you ever considered Yoga - the stretching, flexibility, and balance can really help with running & running related aches & pains.. I hope you feel better soon, Sarah.

3 minutes is a lot to take off, well done particularly given you were not happy with your preparation. Come and run the Vets' Half this Sunday!

Good effort there! I have to agree with your comment about crowds - it was awful at the start (I was in blue) as a lot of us had to do a lot of weaving because there were so many walkers! I'm not a speedster, but I didn't think there would be walkers in the blue group along William St!

Time and pace look good. But it's a week of running away and hopefully a good taper will help. You will have a great run on the day when it matters.

Nice miles Sarah -- sorry about the fever issue -- poor girl. ;( These are the days I wish I had a treadmill to beat the heat and run indoors without having to leave home. Schuyler is in the heat of the sun - crazy kid didn't put on sunscreen yesterday and came home "lobster" face. Great to be outside and at camp! Challenger is in August! He loves it!
