    Still having IT band issues :( I stretched a ton and did yoga after. That helped a lot . I also have a massage next week!! this will go away!!

      Have you tried those foam rollers? Mine helps me a ton. I just roll it out every night.

      I need to do it more because thats what every one is telling me. I Just don't feel a big difference. How long do you do it for? I have a friend that does it for 5 min and I make it two and my arms are killing me from holding up the rest of my body ( I know sad )

    Felt good I haven't done hills for a while. The IT band didn't start bothering me until about mile 5. Average pace 8:45 paused time 4:26

      Have you ever heard of ( I hope I get the name right), KT tape? Tape that you can put on your legs to help the troubled areas

    Stretched and warmed up my foot and IT band for a while before I tried running. Everything felt so good I wanted to go farther but I didn't have enough time. Yeah for recovery!!

      I have that stupid plantar faswhosiwatzit too. Kinda sucks! But sounds like you got it pretty bad, sorry to hear it. :( let me know how that deep tissue thing goes.
