Running is pretty much my life right now. I want to get back into biking. I used to love doing that. I would really like to do a biathlon and maybe even move on into a triathlon as well. Long term goal in life at the moment. Maybe 5 years time??

I really should allow more than 12 hours between workouts. This was a lot harder this morning, but my arms feel like jello so that is a good sign. It is getting somewhat easier tho which is a plus!
