Had to stop running because of a bad ankle so trying to find my way back into fitness. Looking to do some long distance swims and bikes this summer

    Warmed up with an easy 5 or so minutes then alternated between 1 min sprint and 2 min normal cadence. I tried to keep my sprint RPM between 110-120 and my normal cadence between 80-90 RPM. Felt great!

    I lowered my gear from it's normal 10 to 8 and tried to keep my RPM between 95 and 100. Felt really great and like I could have held a conversation throughout

    Did some prone leg curls, leg extensions and inner and outer thigh reps. Felt pretty good overall considering I haven't done this in a while!
