Doing my 1st triathlon on March 4th and my 4th 1/2 marathon in Cleveland on May 20!.. toying with the idea of attempting a full in the fall.. stay tuned =)

    After running I went down to the pool to do a quick swim. Did a 50 warm up, 30 second rest, then 2 x 200s with a 30 second rest between then another 50 cool down. Felt great today =)
