      I use to be the same way, only post running and cycling workouts, but as time went on, I wanted to get credit for the other stuff. Besides, it helps when you go back months into your workouts and see what you did, etc. :)

  5. I'm sick! Haven't run since Friday. I lost my voice and now I have a terrible cough. I miss running!

      Oh, blah! I was super sick last week and am still working on shaking the cough. It takes awhile! Feel better and once you're up for it, do other things!

    Last night's treadmill run, did 3, then did .25 at 7.4, rested and then did it again. It felt really good but I ate too many sweets yesterday. Gonna change that.

    I did 6 intervals of .25 miles on the treadmill between 7.0 and 7.4 for all of them and then walked .25 in between each. I really have never done speed work before, I have no idea what I'm doing!
