1.5 at 5.8-6.0 pace and then a half mile at 7.5, walked a few minutes and then another half mile at 7.5. I'm so glad to be running again!

I use to be the same way, only post running and cycling workouts, but as time went on, I wanted to get credit for the other stuff. Besides, it helps when you go back months into your workouts and see what you did, etc. :)
