Did the 4:2 run/walk thing again. Took routes in the 'hood where I knew the streets wouldn't be slanted (thus bothering my knee. Stupid old neighborhoods!). Overall felt pretty good.

    Thanks Lindsey! I do . . . well, at least I find I'm not nearly as sore - especially the next day. It really slows me down, but at this point I'll take it over the knee pain (and not that I was that fast to begin with. Ha!)
