Eh. A bike ride yesterday followed by very, very poor food {and drink} choices all weekend made this ROUGH. Started out doing a 4:1 (slowing Jenn M. down with me!), but then took to walking most starting at around mile 4. My knee is bugging me. My legs are super tired. My ego is bummed because I was supposed to do 10. But on a positive note, the weather was perfect!

    AND YOU DID IT!! Way to go! I have had runs like this A LOT lately and I know how you feel! But, you got the miles in and time on your feet and that is what matters! You will have bad days and better days and fantastic days, but you didn't give up - that's what counts!!

    I can understand feeling badly about not completing 10 but look on the positive side... You did 8.28! Could you have imagined getting in 8.28 miles just a few months ago?
