Started out doing 2min run/walk intervals, then went 1:1. Felt pretty good considering I've only run once (2 weeks ago) since November. Here we go again . . . need to figure out how to get a bit faster (and find more hours during the week to get workouts in. . . new work schedule sucks donkey balls).
